We are currently operating under our peak-operating plan, which is as follows:


Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM C.S.T.


Daily Order Deadlines: Noon, C.S.T Tuesday through Friday, 11:00AM C.S.T. Mondays.


Holiday Closing: Deer Park will be closed Friday, December 24th and reopen Monday, December 27. We will also be closed Friday, December 31 and reopen Monday, January 3rd, 2011.


Shipping Schedule: See www.ups.com for all recomendations regarding shipping times and cut-off days. All of your shipments originate from zip code 62418.

Stack-O-Matic Update

If you subscribe to our inventory report, you know that we have run out of many of the "Stack-O-Matic" turntables. We are about to receive our final shipment of Stackers, and we have made the decision to give them a "rest" in 2011. While popular, they have been eclipsed in sales by many newer models, particularly in the "Analog to Digital" category. We will slowly wind these down to make room for newer models, and work on even better replacements. If you are considering purchasing any of these turntables, please do so quickly, as our inventory is quickly being depleted. As always, check out our inventory feed for the latest information.

Crosley Revolution Now Available in Colors!

We are pleased to announce we have obtained limited-edition Crosley Revolution Turntables, available in Red, Ivory and (our favorite) Mint. These turntables will arrive at Deer Park on Friday, December 10 will be able to ship that day. We only have a few hundred of each turntable, and these are strictly a limited-edition item. Please add them to your inventory and stores immediately.

Our website has been updated with the colors, UPC codes and product information. All shipping, dimension and cost data remains the same as the original black units. We will have Excel "flat-files" available by Friday if you would like to upload them via FTP. Obtain your "flat-file' by emailing sales@deerparkdist.com.

See us at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show

Representatives from Deer Park will be in Las Vegas for the 2011 Consumer Electronics show. The show begins January 6th and runs through January 9th at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Looks for us in the at the Crosley booth (booth number 15323), located in the Central Hall.

Deer Park Warranties for Holiday Purchases

Again this year, we are extending the terms of our return policies to cover any product purchased after November 1, 2010. We will accept returns for either repair or replacement, as well as refund credit, for any product purchased between November 1, 2010 and December 31, 2010 until January 31, 2011. This extension allows you to offer buyers the benefit of an "Holiday Return Policy". The policy extension is intended to provide your customers peace-of-mind in the event their holiday gifts arrive defective, damaged or they are returned by the recipient. It is also intended to encourage early holiday sales, so please advertise this with your customers. This "Holiday Extension" applies to both the "No Hassle" Deer Park warranty, as well as the non-defective or non-damaged product policy. As a reminder, all Crosley products sold by Deer Park are covered by Crosley's one-year manufacturers warranty as well.
